I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within the BACP ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy. I am based in Central Brighton.

I take a Relational Integrative Approach to counselling, which respects the individuality and particular needs of each client. Every person is different, and it is important that I get to know and understand each of my clients so we can find the right way of working together.

I aim to provide a warm, empathic presence in a safe and secure environment – it is extremely important to me that my clients feel understood, accepted and safe, so that I can help them achieve their goals from counselling and live life to the full.

The service is completely confidential and non-judgemental, and is regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, politics, nationality, health or disability.

If you’d like to know more, or you have any questions about the counselling I offer, please do contact me.
